Mark Keane is an Edinburgh-based businessman and investor with over 30 years’ experience across property, strategic land, consumer businesses and Equity Investment. He is the founder of Slievemore Capital Group, a privately owned investment group, has headed up a number of private property companies, and has led Kiltane Ltd, the Edinburgh-founded luxury cashmere and lifestyle brand, since 1997.

 In addition, Mark has successfully invested in multiple companies including Tulloch Homes Group (subsequently acquired by AIM listed Springfield Properties) and Park Lane Land, with whom he embarked on large-scale developments across the Central Belt, as well as undertaking joint venture projects with such companies as J Smart plc, Sundial, Park Lane Group and CWP.

As Chairman of Slievemore, Jim provides strategic leadership and governance across the Group, drawing on decades of experience to support disciplined investment. Having begun his professional career in accountancy, he went on to lead RBK, one of Ireland's largest independent accountancy and business advisory firms, developing extensive experience in corporate strategy, succession planning and long-term value creation across a range of industries.

Jim has also played a key role in the growth of several successful businesses and landmark property investments developments. As a long-standing Board Member of Kiltane Ltd, he helped guide the business from its early beginnings into an internationally recognised premium cashmere retail brand.

His approach has always been centred on setting a clear vision for any enterprise to be achieved through working in partnership, integrity and thoughtful decision-making, principles that continue to shape Slievemore's investment philosophy today.

With a strong background in finance and business operations, Declan draws on his extensive experience to support the business in his role as Chief Operating Officer. His considered leadership and commercial understanding have supported the business through its continued growth. Known for his measured approach, Declan works closely with teams across the business to help it develop while staying true to our roots.

With over 10 years of luxury retail experience, Pavel has developed a broad understanding of the operational, technological and commercial needs of a growing business. As Operations & Facilities Coordinator, he oversees the smooth running of our stores, warehouse and office, alongside the company’s IT infrastructure and ad-hoc projects. Always positive and forward-thinking, he is focused on innovation, continuous improvement and supporting the business's ambitions for global growth.

Georgia began her career in payroll before joining the business as an HR Administrator in 2022, progressing to her current role as HR Manager.

She supports the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, development, and retention. Passionate about building strong relationships and with a people-focussed approach, her experience includes managing HR systems, supporting small to medium-sized workforces, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
